While broadcasting a live segment in regards to a hit and run incident, Gene Kang reports for the KTLA 5 News when suddenly two cars have an accident in the background directly behind him. After turning into an oncoming car and broadsiding it, the dark blue 4 door appears to speed off from the scene of the accident. It's quite an ironic moment since the reporter was originally there talking about a hit and run that happened, the family of the victim raising money, and the dangerous intersection on that street.
